Seeking a senior Executive Assistant with 10+ years experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership, preferably including Founders/CEOs. Role requires managing complex multi-time zone calendars, scheduling, professional correspondence, email triage, stakeholder liaison, document preparation, vendor coordination, contract and expense management, travel arrangements, and project coordination. Must demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, organizational skills, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency. Bachelor's degree required. Prior corporate or fast-paced business experience preferred.

Requirements
At least 10 years of Executive Assistant experience
Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
Comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality
Experience working directly with Founders and/or CEOs is a strong advantage
Prior experience in a corporate, professional services, or fast-paced business environment strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with discretion
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
