Attain is hiring a Manager/Director of Strategic Finance based in Chicago, IL (4 days per week on-site). The role involves leading financial and operational initiatives including financial planning, business forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic projects related to growth, capital allocation, and value creation. The candidate will build financial frameworks and analysis to guide company strategy, manage unit economics and KPIs, and support M&A evaluation. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders, presenting to executives and board, collaborating across teams, and managing external stakeholder relationships. Requirements include 5+ years in strategic finance or related fields, advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, FP&A experience, expert Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong communication, and ability to manage ambiguity and complex environments.
