Full job description

Role: Oversee and manage the company’s legal compliance program ensuring all activities comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and implement compliance strategies, monitor regulatory changes, assess risks, conduct audits, deliver training, and prepare compliance reports. Collaborate with legal, finance, information security, and operations teams. Requirements include 10+ years experience in drafting shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, debt financing documents, strong knowledge of corporate and securities laws, insider trading and whistleblower regulations, ISO and SOC2 standards. Must have excellent leadership, communication skills, and a Company Secretary or Bachelor of Law degree.
