Manager - Client Success role based in China. Responsible for managing global customer relationships in mobile programmatic marketing, ensuring campaign success and growth. Requires 3-5 years in client-facing roles, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, fluency in English, and preferably knowledge of Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean. Responsibilities include customer communication, strategic counsel, campaign management, issue resolution, and collaboration with product and sales teams. What you'll do

  • Serve as primary customer contact and build strong relationships in mobile programmatic space
  • Own communication with customers and liaise with internal teams
  • Understand customers’ needs and provide strategic counsel
  • Identify growth opportunities (cross-sell & upsell)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams on key projects
  • Lead strategic mobile marketing campaigns autonomously
  • Analyze and improve campaign performance
  • Provide reports with challenges, opportunities, and recommendations

Requirements

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable academic record
  • Commercial drive and customer focused profile
  • 3-5 years experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting)
  • Proficient at data handling, analysis and report building
  • Superior attention to detail with high accuracy
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is a plus
  • Ambitious self-starter who enjoys challenges and continuous learning
  • Positive attitude and competence in teamwork
