Seeking a Manager of Client Success for Central Region to lead a team of 4-6 Client Success Managers. Role involves managing client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth, coaching team members, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires 5+ years in advertising/ad tech/digital media with client services or media sales experience, 2+ years managing teams, and expertise in programmatic advertising, CTV, and digital media platforms. Responsibilities include strategic consulting, operational excellence, problem solving, data-driven decision making, and product mastery. Salary range $100,000 - $130,000. Location: Chicago, Illinois. Hybrid work model.
