Full job description

StackAdapt is seeking a Manager, Client Services to lead and develop a team of Account Managers in the Pacific Northwest region. The role requires 3+ years managing teams and 5+ years in account management or campaign strategy within programmatic, adtech, or martech. Responsibilities include driving client retention and revenue growth, coaching teams on strategic account plans, managing client lifecycles, improving team efficiency, and serving as a senior client contact. The candidate must have deep knowledge of RTB, DSPs, and self-serve advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This is a remote-first full-time leadership role based on the US West Coast with some travel required.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers focused on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnership
  • Set and track quarterly revenue targets ensuring team accountability
  • Coach Account Managers to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Empower Account Managers to own the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top talent with clear growth paths
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency through tools, processes, and training
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to represent Client Services perspective
  • Serve as senior point of contact for major client initiatives and provide strategic consultation
  • Provide expert guidance on StackAdapt’s DSP including campaign setup, performance analysis, and optimization
  • Lead in-person and virtual client engagements such as presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions
  • Travel as required to support client and team needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, campaign strategy, or execution within programmatic, adtech, or martech
  • Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising
  • Hands-on experience using DSPs and Ad Networks
  • Familiarity with self-serve advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other DSPs
  • Strong track record of managing senior client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts confidently
  • Success in solving complex challenges through data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborative and influential partner across departments
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for digital advertising and curiosity about emerging technologies
  • Bonus: Experience using StackAdapt’s platform
