Kargo is hiring a Client Services Manager responsible for managing day-to-day execution and client experience across direct and programmatic accounts. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 4 days per week in New York, NY. Responsibilities include managing full campaign lifecycle, building client relationships, delivering performance reports, identifying issues early, tracking open items, flagging upsell and renewal opportunities, routing client feedback internally, and collaborating with sales, operations, creative, and senior CS teams. Requirements include 3+ years in digital media, ad tech, or client-facing roles in agency planning, buying, or ad operations; knowledge of direct and programmatic campaign mechanics; proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; strong communication skills; familiarity with digital media metrics; and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Preferred experience includes working across cross-functional teams and campaign troubleshooting. Salary range is $70,000 to $85,000 USD plus variable compensation.

Guide assigned accounts through the full campaign lifecycle—kickoff through delivery—ensuring campaigns execute on time and on spec without delays, missing assets, or escalations

Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a client-facing role in agency planning, buying, or ad operations
Working knowledge of direct and programmatic campaign mechanics, including trafficking, tagging, and asset collection
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build and deliver clear client-facing presentations
Familiarity with digital media metrics and industry terminology
A proactive, detail-oriented approach—identifying issues early, asking the right questions to unblock yourself, and managing competing priorities without losing clarity on what needs to happen next
Preferred: experience working across cross-functional teams (sales, operations, creative) and exposure to campaign troubleshooting in direct or programmatic environments
