Full job description

The Client Services Manager manages day-to-day execution and client experience for direct and programmatic advertising accounts. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 4 days per week in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include ensuring campaigns launch and perform on schedule, maintaining strong client relationships, delivering insightful performance reports, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. Candidates must have 3+ years experience in digital media, ad tech, or agency roles, with knowledge of campaign mechanics, trafficking, tagging, and asset collection. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets and strong communication skills are required. Preferred experience includes cross-functional teamwork and campaign troubleshooting. Salary range is $74,000 to $80,000 USD.

What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day execution and client experience across a shared book of direct and programmatic accounts
  • Ensure campaigns launch correctly, perform to goal, and create conditions for retention and growth
  • Manage campaign lifecycle from kickoff through delivery without delays or missing assets
  • Maintain warm, responsive, and trust-based client relationships
  • Deliver performance reports with insights and clear takeaways on schedule
  • Identify and flag upsell and renewal opportunities proactively
  • Route demand-side needs, revenue blockers, and client feedback to appropriate internal teams quickly and clearly
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and senior client services teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a client-facing role in agency planning, buying, or ad operations
  • Working knowledge of direct and programmatic campaign mechanics, including trafficking, tagging, and asset collection
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build and deliver clear client-facing presentations
  • Familiarity with digital media metrics and industry terminology
  • Preferred: Experience working across cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and creative
  • Preferred: Exposure to campaign troubleshooting in direct or programmatic environments
