Full job description
Manager role in Campaign team responsible for delivery of digital campaign and web strategy projects across multiple client accounts. Manage project progress, delivery quality, resolve issues, ensure process alignment, forecast resource availability, and collaborate with internal and external partners. Drive client value through implementation of marketing platforms (AJO, AEP, ACC). Develop relationships with senior business partners, align client objectives with business solutions, manage contractual obligations, draft and review SOW and contracts. Lead technical team performance, plan and implement multiple projects, review technical estimates, analyze risks, and manage third party dependencies. Report project status and ensure delivery processes compliance. Manage global teams primarily across North America. Requires 11-15 years experience, Adobe campaign certification, strong project management skills including Agile and MS-Project, knowledge of e-commerce and digital domains, and experience with globally distributed delivery models.
