Dentsu is hiring a Manager, Business Transformation to join the BX Practice in London. The role involves delivering high-impact strategy and transformation engagements focused on Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Service Transformation, and Change Management. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery, collaborating with data and technology teams to leverage AI for business transformation, and staying informed on emerging trends. Candidates should have 3-5 years consulting experience, emerging specialism in relevant areas, strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into executable solutions. What you'll do

  • Deliver high quality workstreams across Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Service Transformation, and Change Management
  • Develop and manage client and internal relationships ensuring high-quality project delivery (target 85% utilisation)
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with data and technology teams to advise on AI-enabled business transformation
  • Develop areas of expertise and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Act as a role model and be sought out for views by peers and wider team
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and innovative technology and their implications for business models

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of consulting experience at a leading strategy house or consulting firm
  • Emerging specialism in Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Service Transformation, or Change Management
  • Ability to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation
  • Ability to translate strategy and strategic thinking into executable solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills to coordinate and influence team-based client relationships across complex matrix structures
  • Experience managing significant stakeholders and key industry relationships
  • Confidence building relationships and presenting to C-suite clients
  • Understanding of innovative technology concepts and applications in business context
  • Ability to articulate the value of solutions to senior stakeholders and integrate into transformation roadmaps
