Responsibilities include tracking goals, maintaining SOPs, centralizing knowledge, building automation, collaborating with Analytics, developing frameworks, identifying trends, refining processes, supporting business planning, and leading strategic initiatives. Requires 5+ years in business operations or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience with AI tooling preferred.
