AppLovin seeks a senior Manager, Business Development for its Consumer team in Los Angeles/Santa Monica, CA. The role focuses on performance marketing and business development in the Consumer and eCommerce space. Responsibilities include engaging Consumer brands to grow usage of AppLovin’s marketing platform, managing client relationships, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must have 5+ years experience in performance marketing or digital strategy, strong analytical skills, experience with Shopify and DTC models, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, mobile advertising knowledge, and basic programming understanding. Benefits include equity eligibility, health insurance, 401(k), unlimited discretionary time off, paid holidays, and sick leave. Salary range is $157,500 to $225,000 USD.
