Full job description

Manager role focused on agency relationships, programmatic innovation, and revenue growth in the digital advertising industry. Responsibilities include building and nurturing agency and advertiser partnerships, engaging senior agency executives, executing commercial deals, driving platform spend growth, pitching core solutions, identifying new revenue opportunities, conducting business reviews, collaborating cross-functionally, and attending industry events. Requires 3+ years experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within Ad Tech or digital media, strong programmatic ecosystem knowledge, proven sales success, experience with CTV/OTT and addressability solutions, established agency/brand relationships, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency in AI and emerging technologies. Work setup is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days WFH in Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with agency and advertiser partners, delivering excellent customer service and strategic support
  • Engage senior agency executives, challenge existing assumptions, and sell new partnership ideas and programmatic solutions
  • Work closely with internal demand teams to execute both local and global commercial deals across sales patch
  • Drive growth in platform spend and PMP revenue, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Pitch and expand adoption of PubMatic’s core solutions, including Activate and Curate
  • Identify new revenue opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, ongoing client management, and relationship-building activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network, strengthen relationships, and stay ahead of market trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within Ad Tech or the digital media industry
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including buying and selling models, pricing, optimisation tactics, and audience trends
  • Proven success selling programmatic solutions and driving platform adoption with major brands and advertisers
  • Experience with CTV/OTT and addressability solutions is highly valued
  • Established relationships within agency holding companies and/or direct brand advertisers
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior-level audiences
  • Curiosity and proficiency in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to advocate for innovation
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
