The Manager of Account Management leads a regional team (~5 Account Managers) managing GumGum’s client advertising campaigns. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign execution, collaborating with Sales and Operations teams, driving revenue growth, optimizing workflows, and managing key account management functions. Requires 5+ years digital media experience, leadership managing teams, deep knowledge of online advertising, proficiency with ad tech platforms (Salesforce, JIRA, DoubleClick, MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify), strong communication, and software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Position offers remote work but requires residency in Detroit area for business needs. Salary range $91,000 - $115,500 annually plus quarterly incentives and benefits including 401(k) match.
