Full job description
Quantcast is seeking a senior people manager to lead and mentor a team of Account Managers in the advertising/marketing industry. The role involves overseeing client accounts, developing account strategies to maximize advertiser spend, recruiting and onboarding talent, and ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction. Candidates must have 6+ years of relevant experience, a college degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital advertising and media strategy. The position is full-time, based in New York, NY, with a salary range of $144,200 - $167,600 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

- Lead and mentor high performing Account Managers through acquisition of product knowledge, consultative up-selling skills, client messaging, strategic conversation and negotiation skills, and navigation tactics to address customer objectives and problems
