The Manager, Account Analytics Development is a senior technical leader responsible for designing and building advanced AI capabilities in analytics. This role involves owning AI architecture, writing production code, hiring and developing a senior engineer, and collaborating with analytics and client teams to deliver automation and AI-driven insights. Candidates must have 8+ years of software or data product experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and proven experience deploying LLM-based systems in production. Responsibilities include system design, evaluation, engineering standards, team leadership, and business partnership. Preferred skills include experience with cloud platforms, analytical databases, agentic development tools, and marketing analytics. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Own architecture of AI capability including agent scope, composition, and boundaries
Design evaluation methods for AI agents and define correctness and regression detection
