Full job description
The Manager, Account Analytics Development is a senior technical leader responsible for designing and building advanced AI capabilities for analytics. This role involves owning AI architecture, writing production code, hiring and developing engineers, and collaborating with analytics and client teams. Key responsibilities include developing systems for interpreting analysis results, managing client knowledge, and supporting media investment planning. Candidates must have 8+ years of software or data product experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and proven experience shipping LLM-based systems in production. Systems thinking, marketing measurement knowledge, and leadership experience are required. Preferred skills include agentic development tools, cloud platforms, analytical databases, CI/CD, and marketing analytics background. The role is based in Bengaluru, India.
