Develop and implement business strategy for the service line/function by creating and cascading business plans. Review and improve team/unit performance MIS. Prepare for client reviews and support functional head. Proactively manage and resolve client escalations. Lead or assist in developing proposals and solutions to grow business. Implement strategic initiatives such as quality improvement and automation. Continuously upgrade service offerings with innovative, market-oriented solutions. Monitor competitor information and share with corporate planning. Develop and coach team members.
