Staff Machine Learning Engineer role at Liftoff, a performance marketing platform. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ML models for production decision-making, adopting/building new ML training and serving technologies, monitoring ML research, optimizing ML pipelines for real-time and batch processing, monitoring model performance and drift, communicating ML concepts to diverse audiences, collaborating with engineers, and promoting engineering excellence. Requirements: 6+ years experience in ML including neural networks, experience with recommendation systems, production-scale deep neural networks, strong coding skills, proven project delivery, B.S. or higher in relevant fields (PhD a plus), and AdTech experience is a plus. Full-time remote position available in multiple US states. Compensation includes base salary ($210,000-$275,000 depending on location), equity, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and wellness stipends.
