Full job description
Smadex, a leading ad-tech company in Barcelona, seeks a mid-level full-time Data Scientist specialized in machine learning for programmatic advertising. Responsibilities include optimizing ad spend, predictive modeling for real-time bidding, developing and deploying ML solutions, data analysis, and contributing to product roadmap. Requirements: strong statistics and ML knowledge, programming in Python (pytorch, pandas, numpy), SQL, Git, excellent English communication, and analytical problem-solving skills. Extra points for Master’s in ML/AI/Statistics/CS, experience with production algorithms, Apache Spark, Java/Scala, transformers, LLMs, digital marketing platforms, and AWS services.
