Full job description

The BidSwitch Data Science team seeks a Senior Machine Learning Analyst focused on analyzing and improving ML system efficiency in a large-scale programmatic trading platform. The role involves analyzing model performance in production, identifying inefficiencies in traffic and system setup, managing hardware unit costs, and driving improvements through to implementation. Responsibilities include designing and managing A/B tests, collaborating with Data Scientists on performance investigations, automating reports, and performing root-cause analysis on incidents. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with BI and monitoring tools, solid statistics and A/B testing knowledge, and 3+ years of analytical experience with production-scale data. Fluency in English and Russian is required. The position is full-time, senior level, and offers a hybrid working model with offices in Limassol, Cyprus and Yerevan, Armenia.
