Full job description

RTB House is seeking a junior-level finance/accounting professional for a hybrid contract role in Warsaw. Responsibilities include managing electronic accounting document workflows, verifying documents, settling advances, company cards, business trips, and expenses, supporting payment processing, and preparing financial reports. Requirements include 1-3 years of relevant experience, practical knowledge of accounting and tax, proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, English at B2 level, higher education in finance/accounting preferred, and good organizational and analytical skills. The role offers a convenient office location near Wilanowska metro, a professional international environment, and contract options of umowa zlecenie or B2B.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensive handling of the electronic document circulation system for accounting documents, including verification and supervision of circulation
  • Settlement of advances and company cards
  • Settlement of business trips and business expenses
  • Support in payment processing
  • Support in preparing financial reports for internal and management purposes

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar position (accounting office experience preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of accounting and tax issues
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
  • English language at minimum B2 level
  • Higher education (preferred field: finance and accounting)
  • Independence and good organization of own work
  • Analytical skills and accuracy
  • Responsibility and ability to work in a team
