Legal Counsel LATAM role responsible for leading commercial legal support across 12 LATAM territories. Duties include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners; advising internal teams on legal matters such as service agreements, NDAs, and data processing agreements; supporting post-acquisition integration efforts; monitoring regulatory compliance related to data privacy, digital advertising, and consumer protection; managing external legal counsel; and building scalable legal processes and governance frameworks. Requires law degree with 4-7 years experience in transactional, corporate, or technology law, preferably with marketing/media agencies or tech/media clients. Must have advanced English, ability to work autonomously, and familiarity with LATAM data privacy regulations. Experience in AdTech, SaaS, multinational environments, and knowledge of digital advertising regulations are a plus. Location: Mexico City.
