Full job description

The Legal team supports Equativ's global business leaders by providing regulatory advice and managing legal tasks. Reporting to the Global Head of Legal in Paris, responsibilities include assisting with corporate matters such as share transfers and mergers, updating data privacy registers, reviewing contracts including NDAs and commercial agreements, and conducting legal research and monitoring. Requirements include a Master’s degree in business or digital law, strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, fluency in French and English, and a team-oriented, proactive attitude. This is an apprenticeship position starting in September.

What you'll do

  • Assist with shares transfer, keeping corporate registers up to date, drafting POA, monitoring of companies’ mergers, subsidiaries’ implementation
  • Assist within internal registers update, reviewing data processing agreements, update and duplicate contract template and/or guidelines
  • Provide regular legal updates and memos on new regulations, case law, contract, privacy and related laws
  • Assist in the review and negotiation process of contracts including NDAs, commercial agreements (Adserving and RTB, addendum), supplier contracts
  • Involved in auditing signed contracts to create a smart mapping of the company contract base

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business law or digital law
  • Ability to deal with many projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with all business and departments
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team spirit, will to help, proactivity and a sense of confidentiality respect
  • Fluency in both French & English (written & spoken)
  • Seeking an apprenticeship starting in September
