Full job description

The Learning Enablement Specialist role is a fixed-term 8-month contract (maternity cover) based in Barcelona, Spain. The specialist will design, deliver, and improve scalable learning solutions, combining training delivery, digital learning design, LMS administration, and coordination with learning providers. Responsibilities include leading global learning programs, facilitating workshops, managing LMS operations, improving learning content and processes, partnering with stakeholders, managing external vendors, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Candidates should have experience in digital learning or LMS administration, strong communication skills, organizational ability, stakeholder management skills, and be data aware. The role supports a hybrid working model.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of global learning programs ensuring high-quality learner experience
  • Facilitate manager development workshops, mentoring, coaching and learning experiences across global cohorts
  • Manage LMS administration, user access, onboarding, platform maintenance, reporting, and learning data quality
  • Own operational management and continuous improvement of key learning programs including content updates and process enhancements
  • Partner with People teams, business stakeholders, and program owners to coordinate learning initiatives and align on business needs
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers and vendors ensuring effective program delivery and learner engagement
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and communications supporting participants, managers, and the Learning & Development team

Requirements

  • Available for an 8-month fixed-term contract until end of April 2027
  • Experience in digital learning, LMS administration, learning operations, or instructional design
  • Fluent in English and great communication skills, comfortable presenting in front of a crowd
  • Comfortable working across both delivery and operational tasks, from workshop support to system configuration
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident working with stakeholders and translating needs into practical solutions
  • Enjoy working with digital tools and motivated by improving learner experience at scale
  • Data aware and can turn usage information into practical recommendations
  • Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
