Lead TLS & PKI Engineer role responsible for technical leadership of enterprise TLS and PKI operations including certificate lifecycle management, automation, inventory, renewal, and monitoring across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Duties include advising on certificate types and trust models, partnering with Security on PKI policy, implementing certificate consumption on load balancers and edge platforms, fixing TLS handshake and validation issues, leading mTLS trust-chain coordination, defining TLS monitoring and alerting, creating documentation and standards, mentoring engineers, and participating in on-call rotation. Requires 7+ years in infrastructure/security/network engineering or platform operations with 3+ years focused on PKI/TLS in production. Must have deep technical expertise in TLS 1.2/1.3, X.509, PKI, certificate lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Venafi), cloud-native certificate services, load balancer certificate management, infrastructure-as-code, and TLS monitoring. Preferred skills include automation scripting (Python), ACME, SPIFFE/SPIRE, multi-cloud PKI harmonization, and relevant certifications. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
