Full job description

Senior QA Engineer role focused on evaluating product quality and developing test automation solutions. Responsibilities include developing test automation scripts, validating features, supporting test strategies, test planning, writing test reports, team collaboration, communicating findings, supporting team testing needs, daily customer communication, and supporting UATs. Requires 5-8 years experience as Senior QA/SDET/Technical QA, proficiency in coding (Typescript, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java), experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git, and agile methodologies (preferably Scrum). Relevant IT/software development education and strong quality mindset required.

Requirements

  • Relevant education in IT and software development
  • Curious and willing to learn
  • Thorough, professional, and quality-minded
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior QA/SDET/Technical QA
  • Ability to code in one of the following languages: Typescript, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java
  • Experience with one of the following platforms: Azure, AWS
  • Experience with one of the following CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Proficient in Git
  • Experience working in agile setups, preferably using Scrum
  • Experience creating test strategies and test plans
  • Experience creating test automation frameworks
