Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for defining solutions for new client implementations or larger projects. Understand client business requirements and map to technology. Document and communicate vision to clients and internal teams. Requires strong knowledge of database architecture, data modeling, interface development, system integration using real-time web-services, CRM, CDP, email and database marketing. Must reside in PST or MST timezones and be willing to travel to west coast clients. Responsibilities include project scoping, solution recommendation, documentation maintenance, execution and QA support, product expertise, managing priorities, recommending best practices, and guiding client success teams. Requires management experience, strong consultative skills, excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, ability to communicate complex technical concepts, subject matter expertise, RESTful API experience, 5+ years software implementation experience, bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years Snowflake experience.
