Lead software and web application development aligned with business and user needs. Integrate new systems focusing on scalability, security, and performance. Mentor and train team members to foster collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate best practices. Lead peer programming, design sprints, and prototyping. Maintain comprehensive documentation. Monitor performance metrics and guide enhancements. Provide technical expertise and support. Work with QA to ensure quality standards. Exercise independent judgment. Must be available for variable schedules including nights and weekends. Requires 7-10 years experience in software/platform engineering, strong skills in Go, Python, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/OCI), Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps, and system design. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
