Full job description
Zeta Global is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 5+ years experience in backend and/or data engineering at scale. The role involves designing and building backend services and APIs for identity resolution, developing event-driven pipelines, deploying cloud-native services on Kubernetes (EKS), and ensuring system reliability and scalability. Candidates must have strong skills in Python, Java, or Scala, experience with Kafka, Spark/Hive/Flink, workflow schedulers like Airflow or Luigi, Kubernetes, Helm, SQL, AWS, and familiarity with columnar/NoSQL databases such as Aerospike, Snowflake, HBase, Scylla, or Couchbase. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers and influencing architecture and roadmap.
