Full job description

Lead Software Engineer role on AI Platform Team to design and develop scalable GenAI platforms supporting large language models, evaluation systems, and developer tooling. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, architecting multi-tenant GenAI systems, leading secure and scalable platform development, integrating generative AI frameworks and LLMs, solving technical challenges for reliability and security, and mentoring engineers. Requires 8+ years engineering experience with proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python; experience with generative AI, LLMs, cloud infrastructure; familiarity with GenAI platform technologies (MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI, Bedrock); strong architecture and problem-solving skills focused on security and reliability; and mentoring experience. Remote position based in the United States.

What you'll do

  • Set technical direction and architect multi-tenant GenAI platform systems
  • Lead the development of secure, scalable platforms and developer tooling for agentic coding and experimentation
  • Integrate generative AI frameworks, LLMs, and evaluation platforms into enterprise-grade solutions
  • Solve complex technical challenges, ensuring reliability, security, and performance at scale
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate with Research, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years engineering experience
  • Proficient in C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python
  • Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with GenAI platform technologies (MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI, Bedrock)
  • Strong architecture, design, and problem-solving skills with a focus on security and reliability
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions
