Full job description

Lead solution delivery with architecture, engineering, quality ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and responsible AI adoption. Provide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring. Break down complex outcomes, delegate, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and communicate risks. Guide estimation, planning, execution, reviews, defect resolution, and production stabilization. Partner with product, business analysis, quality engineering, architecture, data, and client teams. Design and build AI solutions including RAG, embeddings, prompt management, and agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI. Apply responsible AI practices. Architect, design, build, review, and maintain web, API, integration, batch, and data-enabled solutions using C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular. Define and enforce engineering standards. Lead requirement clarification and translate business needs into detailed designs. Design and guide relational data models and data processing. Own technical quality strategy including automated testing and defect management. Improve engineering processes and take end-to-end ownership of technical outcomes. Use automation and low-code tools to streamline workflows. Requires 8+ years software engineering experience including 5+ years technical leadership, strong skills in C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, AI frameworks, and responsible AI practices. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
