Raptive seeks a Lead Security Engineer to lead and build security engineering capabilities with end-to-end ownership of application, platform, and infrastructure security. Collaborate with SRE, product, and engineering to execute security strategy, roadmap, and operating model. Responsibilities include managing security program strategy, cloud and infrastructure security, application security improvements, security assurance activities, coaching teams, communicating with executives, aligning security controls, integrating security into SDLC, and maturing vulnerability management. Candidates must have broad security experience, strong technical judgment, ability to work in dynamic environments, and excellent communication skills. Position is full-time, hybrid (remote U.S. candidates encouraged), based in New York City. Salary range $150,000-$200,000 plus incentives.
