Full job description
Lead Sales Manager role at Digital Turbine in Mumbai, India. Responsibilities include representing Digital Turbine in the Indian advertising market, educating brands and agencies on mobile advertising opportunities, driving revenue growth through managed and programmatic sales, leveraging company products to establish and retain business, developing client relationships, strategic sales planning and collaboration with internal teams. Requires 5-8 years of sales/business development experience in media, preferably with mobile, programmatic and ad tech sales experience, existing local media agency/client relationships, strong organizational and multitasking skills, proven success in client management and cross-functional teamwork, and ability to work independently. Hybrid work environment; candidates must be local to Mumbai.
What you'll do
- Be the face and spokesperson in the Indian advertising market for Digital Turbine and Mobile App Culture
- Educate and inspire brands and agencies on advertising opportunities within App Culture and mobile gaming
- Drive revenue growth via managed and programmatic sales streams through agencies and direct brands
- Leverage Digital Turbine’s products and solutions to establish new business and retain existing clients
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to establish Digital Turbine as a strategic mobile partner
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting on sales performance
- Collaborate with sales organization, client services, ad operations, and other internal teams to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- 5-8 years of sales/business development experience within media
- Bonus if experience includes mobile, programmatic and ad tech sales
- Existing local relationships with media agencies/direct clients in the region
- Proven track record in managing and developing client relationships and exceeding sales targets
- Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proven success working with cross-functional teams and building relationships internally and externally
- Self-starter with strong ability to work independently
