Full job description

Digital Turbine seeks a Publisher Account Manager for the EMEA Publisher Team to manage strategic mobile app publishers, drive revenue growth, and maximize use of Digital Turbine's monetization products including DT Exchange, Offer Wall, and FairBid Mediation. The role involves full client lifecycle management, strategic consultation, upselling, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, problem resolution, and knowledge sharing. Candidates must have at least 2 years of ad tech experience, knowledge of mobile ad tech ecosystem (RTB, programmatic, ad exchanges, DSPs, mediation), mobile app industry understanding (utility and gaming verticals), strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, fluency in English, proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel, and excellent communication skills. The position is hybrid and local candidates in London or Berlin will be considered.

What you'll do

  • Serve as main point of contact for top strategic EMEA mobile app publishers across Western and Eastern Europe
  • Own full client lifecycle from onboarding and integration to troubleshooting, driving performance growth and retention
  • Provide expert strategic guidance and day-to-day support to maximize publisher success and revenue
  • Identify and lead upsell initiatives for new Digital Turbine products and integrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance) on account setup, optimization, QA, and invoicing
  • Analyze account data and deliver actionable performance insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve technical and business challenges by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining transparent client communication
  • Share relevant market knowledge, trends, and case studies with internal teams to contribute to best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ad tech industry, ideally within account management, client services, or customer success
  • Hands-on knowledge of the mobile ad tech ecosystem including RTB, programmatic, ad exchanges, DSPs, and mediation platforms
  • Working understanding of the mobile app industry, particularly in the utility and gaming verticals
  • Strong drive for identifying growth opportunities and selling Digital Turbine’s product suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Fluency in English; a second European language is an advantage
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to simplify complex data or technical issues
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, goal-driven, comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
