Full job description
Lead Product Designer role at Smartly responsible for shaping product experiences by understanding customer needs and leading design from discovery to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to create intuitive, high-impact advertising technology products. Requires strong experience in complex digital product design, product discovery, UX research, prototyping, and communication skills. Beneficial experience includes marketing/advertising technology and front-end or AI-assisted development tools. Position requires working onsite in Polanco, Mexico City at least three days per week. What you'll do
- Shape product experience by identifying high-impact opportunities and clarifying complex problem spaces
- Lead design work from discovery through delivery including research, ideation, prototyping, high-fidelity design, validation, and collaboration with engineering
