Lead Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting global network infrastructure across datacenters and hybrid multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Role includes leading architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, developing scalable automated network solutions, and ensuring high availability for 24x7 production environments. Requires expertise in datacenter networking, routing, switching, traffic management, network security, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include network architecture design, secure hybrid cloud connectivity, network automation using Python, Terraform, Ansible, datacenter network fabric optimization, traffic management platform deployment, technical leadership, incident escalation, network security implementation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, technology evaluation, project management, maintenance coordination, documentation, incident response, and operational support. Requires 8-12+ years experience in enterprise or service-provider networks, strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, cloud connectivity, network automation, enterprise networking platforms, load balancing, network virtualization, network security, monitoring tools, vendor management, communication skills, and certifications (Cisco CCNP preferred). Ability to support after-hours maintenance and occasional travel. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
