Lead - Mixed Methods Research

What you'll do

• Oversees, monitors and evaluates operational performance by directing preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources
• Designs, develops and implements short term and long term business strategy
• Provides corporate level direction for new products, solutions, services, processes, policies, standards or operational plans based on business strategy
• Translates business strategy to an operating plan for respective function/sub-functions
• Ensures profitable growth by preparing and implementing operating plans in line with overall business plans
• Directs all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance with corporate objectives, strategy and plans
• Ensures existing service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative, market-oriented solutions
• Leads, guides, coaches, engages and develops a team of Business Managers with operational responsibilities to achieve business objectives
