Full job description

Lead the planning, development, facilitation, and analysis of learning and development programs including onboarding, continuous learning, and compliance training. Design curriculum aligned with company competencies using internal and external content. Maintain and troubleshoot the learning management system (LMS), update training materials and policies, and facilitate onboarding processes. Manage relationships with external learning partners and oversee LMS administration. Collaborate with People Business Partners and cross-functional teams to identify and address learning needs. Evaluate program effectiveness and promote a culture of continuous growth. Requires project management skills, experience with LMS and curriculum design, strong communication, and ability to adapt to changing business needs. Hybrid role based in Los Angeles and New York City.

What you'll do

  • Plan, develop, facilitate, and analyze all learning programs including onboarding and continuous learning
  • Design curriculum related to company competencies using original and external content
  • Maintain LMS functionality including user access, troubleshooting, content updates, and technical operation
  • Update policy and process documents, training materials, and tools to reflect feedback and changes
  • Facilitate live and asynchronous onboarding with People Business Partner and managers
  • Support relationships with external learning partners and platform administrators
  • Oversee administration of annual compliance courses and encourage timely completion
  • Partner with People Business Partner team to identify learning needs and resources
  • Collaborate across teams to address additional learning needs
  • Aid upkeep and maintenance of company intranet focusing on People Team content
  • Evaluate and analyze efficacy and engagement of learning programs
  • Promote a culture of continuous growth and development
  • Participate and assist with other People team programming

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline
  • Project management skills to conceptualize and complete initiatives on time
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience designing and executing training programs in virtual and in-person environments
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Comfort with constant learning and innovation
  • Ability to pivot and adjust to changing employee and business needs
  • Effective communication at multiple organizational levels
  • Some curriculum or learning design experience, eLearning formats a plus
  • Experience overseeing LMS systems
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service, time management, multi-tasking, and networking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
