Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a Senior HR Technology Leader to manage and optimize global HR systems, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and AI-enabled HR technology. Responsibilities include owning the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, leading global HR tech integrations, driving configuration and testing, implementing AI automation and predictive analytics, strengthening data governance and compliance, delivering automation initiatives, managing global HR programs, partnering with HR and IT teams, managing vendors, and leading HRIS teams. Requirements include 5+ years in HRIS/HR Technology with global implementation experience, expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules, experience with multi-country integrations, hands-on AI/automation experience, strong HR process and data governance knowledge, leadership skills, and experience leading HRIS teams. Good to have SAP SF EC Certification, SAP Activate methodology knowledge, experience with AI tools in HR, XML/HTML, Jira/Trello, Microsoft 365, and experience in high growth global companies. What you'll do

  • Own SAP SuccessFactors roadmap (EC, LMS, Talent, Time, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Onboarding/Offboarding, SAP Joule)
  • Lead global HR technology integrations (ADP Celergo, Allsec, Greenhouse, AuthBridge)
  • Drive configuration, workflows, testing, UAT, release management, and documentation
  • Lead AI roadmap implementation—AI automation, AI enabled HR processes, predictive analytics, and efficiency models
  • Strengthen HR data governance, global privacy compliance, role based access, and audit readiness
  • Deliver automation initiatives and reduce manual processes across global HR workflows
  • Manage global HR technology programs and multi country rollouts
  • Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, Rewards, and global People teams
  • Manage vendors, SLAs, escalations, and solution delivery
  • Lead and mentor HRIS analysts and consultants
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and technology enablement

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HRIS/HR Technology with global implementation experience
  • Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (configuration, workflows, permissions, reporting) with strong experience in modules such as PMGM, LMS, Recruitment, and Compensation
  • Proven experience in multi country integrations (ADP, Allsec, Greenhouse)
  • Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools, AI workflow design, or AI driven HR solutions
  • Strong HR process knowledge and data governance experience
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving, and leadership skills
  • Experience leading HRIS or HR tech teams
  • SAP SF EC Certification (good to have)
  • SAP Activate methodology (good to have)
  • Experience with AI tools in HR (Copilot, AI chatbots, ML based insights, intelligent automation) (good to have)
  • XML/HTML, Jira/Trello, Microsoft 365 (good to have)
  • Experience in high growth global companies (good to have)
