Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a Culture Specialist to shape and enhance organizational culture. The role involves collaborating with teams and leadership to develop and implement strategies and programs that promote a strong, inclusive culture. Responsibilities include culture ideation and strategy, program management, stakeholder collaboration, employee engagement, communication, and continuous culture evaluation and improvement. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in culture initiatives, strong project and stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and knowledge of employee engagement best practices. The position is full-time and based in Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ideate and enable creative and impactful ways to strengthen the organization's culture and core values
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to reinforce and promote the desired culture
  • Bring in outside perspective to strengthen understanding of culture importance
  • Facilitate culture audits across people, process, and employee experiences to identify improvement areas and develop action plans
  • Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of culture initiatives and programs
  • Establish project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals
  • Gather requirements, define project scopes, and manage project resources effectively
  • Monitor and track progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Partner with teams to align culture initiatives with business objectives
  • Engage stakeholders in ideation and implementation of culture programs
  • Conduct regular communication and reporting on progress and impact of culture initiatives
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Design and execute activities, events, and communication channels to promote employee involvement and satisfaction
  • Ensure effective communication of culture-related initiatives, changes, and updates
  • Provide guidance and support on fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to assess effectiveness of culture initiatives
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate impact of culture programs and adjust as necessary

Requirements

  • Passionate about creating an inclusive and positive work culture
  • 5+ years of proven experience in ideating, strategizing, and implementing culture initiatives within a private-held organization
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and evaluating programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices
