Full job description

Senior Workfront Functional Architect responsible for designing scalable Workfront solutions aligned with business objectives. Requires expertise in Workfront Workflow Core, Workfront Planning, and Fusion Developer skills. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing workflows and integrations, leading implementation, producing documentation, risk management, collaboration with stakeholders, providing technical leadership and mentorship, workflow optimization, integration oversight, and conducting training. Requires 5+ years experience with Workfront, 2+ years with Fusion automation, strong communication and leadership skills, and recommended Adobe Workfront certifications. Hybrid work model with remote flexibility and some in-office attendance expected. Salary range $119,000 - $198,500. What you'll do

  • Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable Workfront solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimal solutions
  • Design, architect, and implement end-to-end scalable Workfront solutions tailored to client needs
  • Lead development of workflows, approval paths, and integrations to streamline project management
  • Promote technical discussions and produce comprehensive documentation for Workfront functionality and integrations
  • Identify and report project risks to Enterprise Architect Director and PMs
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and clients to ensure system design and integration align with business goals
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and specialists
  • Review and assess current workflows to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Oversee integration of Workfront with other business systems and tools
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure client teams are equipped to use Workfront effectively

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Workfront solutions
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Fusion automation and integrations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, business analysis, and system integration
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable and optimized solutions
  • Expertise in configuring Workfront for diverse business needs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience leading client engagements and managing complex projects
  • Adobe Workfront certifications highly recommended: AD0-E903, AD2-E902, AD0-E906, AD0-E907, AD0-E908
