Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and build full-stack features including responsive web front-ends, back-end services, and APIs for campaign management, reporting, and marketplace optimization
• Choose appropriate languages and tools for each problem in a polyglot stack
• Build and consume well-designed APIs integrating products into a unified architecture
• Own services in production including testing, observability, performance, and on-call duties
• Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders on scoping, estimation, and technical decisions
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards through code review, automation, and architecture

Requirements

• 8+ years building and shipping production platforms with backend architecture, system design, and code optimization focus
• Strong algorithmic fundamentals and data structures
• Proven ability to work effectively in multiple languages/ecosystems
• Solid command of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React)
• Experience with back-end service design and relational/distributed data stores
• Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, testing, and system design
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, ownership-driven environment
