Full job description
Lead Enterprise Sales role responsible for managing and growing partnerships with large agencies, DSPs, and enterprise partners in India. Requires 10+ years of digital advertising sales experience with deep knowledge of programmatic, IO, SPO, and DSP ecosystems. Responsibilities include relationship building with senior stakeholders, developing business strategies, identifying opportunities, delivering training, and providing market feedback. Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Google Slides required; Tableau is a plus. Hybrid work schedule with two remote days (Monday, Friday) and three in-office days (Tuesday-Thursday). What you'll do
- Build and own relationships with large agencies (Hold Cos), DSPs, and enterprise partners in India
- Identify and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-suite
- Develop business and account strategies to advance partnerships
- Identify business opportunities through proactive engagement with agencies, DSPs, and partners
- Become a trusted advisor and go-to person for AdTech
- Understand the evolving ad tech ecosystem to guide business strategy and growth
- Deliver training and support to agency teams and enterprise clients
- Provide market trend feedback to Magnite's product team
- Partner with global product teams to understand product developments and localize strategy for Indian demand partners
- Capture and relay product feedback from partners to Magnite stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably in AdTech
- Deep understanding of programmatic, IO, SPO, and DSP ecosystems
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Ability to understand and present complex products and deal structures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable with sales, revenue, and activity targets
- Confident working autonomously and driving initiatives from concept to execution
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Google Slides; Tableau is a plus
