The role requires collaboration with client stakeholders at VP and C-suite levels, incorporating emerging AI capabilities into production-ready solutions, and maintaining delivery rigor through Agile and hybrid methodologies. Qualifications include 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience, multi-platform fluency, AI integration aptitude, proven delivery of large-scale engagements, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications. The position is full-time, hybrid remote/on-site with a salary range of $136,000 to $180,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, paid time off, and parental leave.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Ability to operate at the C-suite level with poise and credibility
Strong delivery methodology experience with Agile at scale and waterfall-hybrid models
Product engineering mindset with roadmap ownership and technical debt framing
Hands-on leadership style capable of whiteboarding architecture and presenting to CTOs
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Experience working within or alongside digital agency, CXM, or product engineering environments is a plus
