StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Lead for Vertical & Performance Solutions to lead strategic growth initiatives across programmatic advertising products. The role involves managing 0->1 initiatives, analyzing market trends and client data, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product management, partnerships, or program management, strong business judgment, proficiency with data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. The position is full-time and remote, based in Canada, with a salary range of $114,400 to $135,850 CAD. What you'll do
- Lead incubation of 0->1 initiatives and program manage solution development and roadmap to drive user and revenue growth
- Research and analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and client strategic data integrations to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategy and coordinate launch activities
- Serve as SME to clients and internal stakeholders, translating business and technical needs
- Translate roadmap elements into executable Tier 1 projects working across multiple teams
- Communicate company vision to senior decision-makers and influence business and tech strategies
- Articulate business challenges and solutions to ELT and align on project design, prioritization, and resourcing
- Act as Engagement Lead to ensure project success by managing engagement plans and dependencies
- Establish framework for monitoring adoption, gathering user feedback, and integrating feature improvements
- Build and grow relationships with ecosystem partners to enhance solutions
- Represent company vision at industry events and advance strategic and commercial relationships
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, product management, partnerships & alliances, and/or program management
- Proven track record of managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Impeccable business judgment and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences
