Full job description

Lead and manage a high performing team to drive the DV+ business in India. Build and maintain relationships with large strategic publishers and senior stakeholders up to C-suite. Track sales pipeline and meet revenue targets. Develop business and account strategies to grow partnerships using Magnite’s SSP, Demand Manager, and platform tools. Act as trusted advisor for partners and provide market feedback to product teams. Collaborate with global teams to localize product strategies for Indian demand partners. Requirements include 10+ years experience in digital advertising with premium publishers, SSPs/DSPs, team management, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and comfort with sales targets. Experience with Salesforce and programmatic monetization workflows is helpful.
