Full job description

The role is within the Digital Integration Services team focused on modernizing marketing and delivering data-driven, personalized customer experiences. The candidate will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, and executives to influence strategic decisions and shape digital solutions. Responsibilities include leading discovery and business analysis activities, developing business cases and transformation roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions, facilitating workshops, defining requirements, driving data and analytics needs, supporting digital and AI-enabled transformation initiatives, and supporting Agile delivery practices. The role requires 8-10 years of experience with 4-6 years in client-facing roles, preferably with a bachelor's or master's degree and an MBA with marketing specialization or equivalent communication skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile is required. The candidate should have strong consulting skills, ability to connect business and technology, and be adaptable to emerging technologies. The position is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you'll do

  • Partner with business partners and clients to understand strategic objectives and translate business needs into actionable requirements
  • Lead discovery, requirements engineering, and business analysis activities
  • Develop business cases, solution recommendations, and transformation roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement digital solutions
  • Facilitate requirement discussions and solution workshops
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear requirements
  • Define and document business processes, customer journeys, and future-state capabilities
  • Drive data, analytics, and reporting requirements
  • Support digital platform, customer experience, marketing technology, CRM, commerce, content management, and data transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to AI-enabled and data-driven transformation initiatives
  • Support Agile delivery and product management practices
  • Participate in testing, validation, change management, training, and adoption activities
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing recommendations and identifying risks
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 8-10 years overall experience
  • 4-6 years in client-facing roles
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
  • MBA with Marketing specialization preferred (Non-MBA with exceptional communication skills also considered)
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and non-iterative)
  • Ability to lead discovery, requirements engineering, and business analysis activities
  • Strong consulting mentality
