Full job description
Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) ensuring robust integration, advanced data analytics, and scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Lead complex software development projects, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensure architectural integrity, maintain documentation, participate in planning and estimation, drive continuous improvement, and act as SME for client work. Required skills include CRM system expertise, programming in APEX, C#, .NET, API integration (REST/SOAP), CI/CD tools, database querying, data analysis with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Agile/Scrum experience, and strong problem-solving. Hybrid work model with 1 day per week or 4 days per month in office. Location: Belgrade, Serbia.
What you'll do
- Lead design and development of complex digital solutions in CRM domain
- Lead development of complex software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
- Participate in project planning and estimation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within development team
- Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
- Contribute to vision and strategy of the team
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments
- Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to guide junior members
- Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
- Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, others
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration
- Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle, and personalization
- Ability to diagnose CRM-related technical issues and provide solutions
- Experience providing technical guidance and mentorship
