Lead the Demand Solutions team across Asia, focusing on growth, adoption, retention, and expansion of demand partner portfolio. Develop account plans, translate buyer objectives into programmatic strategies, optimize campaign performance, and manage partner relationships. Use data and market insights to monitor account health and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams and use tools like Salesforce and business intelligence platforms. Drive AI adoption to improve efficiency. Requires 6+ years in advertising technology, programmatic or related roles, strong analytical and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and analytics tools. Hybrid work schedule based in Singapore.
