Full job description
Lead advanced data science initiatives to solve complex business problems by developing predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, and mentoring teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data needs, design software and algorithms for data integration and cleansing, and apply machine learning techniques to extract actionable business insights. Oversee customer behavior and product performance analysis, conduct predictive analytics, and research emerging data science methods to improve business outcomes. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree preferred. Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
